CORE BUSINESS
 | UPSTREAM TIMOR GAP’s upstream activities will cover both onshore and offshore operations, including in the Timor-Leste Exclusive Area (TLEA), the Joint Petroleum Development Area (JPDA) and overseas. Upstream activities will be undertaken by TIMOR GAP in partnership with other companies (e.g., the joint venture with ENI and INPEX for Production Sharing Contract 11-106 in the JPDA).

| SERVICES TIMOR GAP will provide and support a variety of services required in the Timor Sea (both JPDA and TLEA) through support facilities, logistics and other related services. We will work through partnerships and joint ventures to deliver our services. |

| DOWNSTREAM Our downstream operations will consist of a refinery and petrochemical plant, an LNG plant, as well as marketing and trading activities. We will establish a network of retail gas stations to ensure high-quality fuel distribution around Timor-Leste. |
