The Betano complex will consist of an industrial park with refinery and petrochemical industries, along with a petroleum industry administration city (Nova Betano).  The refinery will provide fuel such as diesel, gasoline, jet-fuel, and LPG.

Refinery capacity is estimated at 30,000 barrels per day (bpd):

  • LPG  : 1,500 bpd
  • Naphtha  -/+  : 20,200 bpd
  • Gasoline  : 900 bpd
  • Jet-fuel  : 2,600 bpd
  • Diesel  : 4,500 bpd
  • Import reformer (gasoline blending) : 500 bpd
